Idaho House Joint Memorial 4 puts a proposed amendment to the Idaho Constitution up for a vote in Idaho’s November 2026 general election.
If a majority of voters pass the amendment, Idaho voters will no longer have the power to vote on whether or not they want to legalize marijuana through a citizen’s ballot initiative.
Even if you don't agree with full Cannabis legalization in Idaho,
or legalization at all.... your vote still matters!
Passing this amendment means YOU DON'T GET A VOTE, EITHER WAY! And the legislature can do whatever they want when it comes to Marijuana, pretty much forever...
