IDAHO'S PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT

Idaho House Joint Memorial 4 puts a proposed amendment to the Idaho Constitution up for a vote in Idaho’s November 2026 general election. 

If a majority of voters pass the amendment, Idaho voters will no longer have the power to vote on whether or not they want to legalize marijuana through a citizen’s ballot initiative.  

Even if you don't agree with Cannabis legalization in Idaho - your vote still matters! The right to petition still matters!

This amendment would set a dangerous precedence that could be applied to other medical freedom & liberty issues in the future.

Passing this amendment means YOU DON'T GET A VOTE! EVER!

And the legislature can do whatever they want when it comes to any currently prohibited drug, pretty much forever... 

Idahoans have a right to petition the government for a redress of any grievance, including for medical freedoms such as this. If they are willing to go this far on THIS liberty issue, which freedom will be NEXT?
